Isle of Wight Festival 2013
Thursday 13 – Sunday 16 June 2013
An established event on the Music Festival calendar, the Isle of Wight Festival has attracted an impressive line up for the three day event. Thousands of people will be heading for the south coast to cross the Solent from Southsea, Southampton and Portsmouth by boat and by hovercraft. Flying to the Festival by helicopter will be faster, easier – and much more stylish!
The Festival has been running since 1968, and features an impressive line up for 2013 including Bon Jovi, Blondie, The Killers, Ellie Goulding, The Stone Roses and many more.
Elite Helicopters is offering a bespoke helicopter charter service to the Isle of Wight for the Festival. With a choice of landing sites on the Island, a flight across the Solent can take less than 20 minutes from Goodwood or just over half and hour from Central London.
For the first time, we are also offering a shuttle service from Goodwood to the Isle of Wight Festival, with dedicated courtesy transport from the Heliport direct to the Festival gates. Flights will be offered on a per-seat basis – all we need to know is how many people will be flying, what day they would like to fly out and what day they would like to return – and how much baggage there will be! Just park up at Goodwood Aerodrome, board the helicopter and be on the Isle of Wight in less than half an hour! Please note that this service is available during daylight hours only.
