Elite Helicopters are agents for the Powervamp range of ground power units, in particular the 28volt Coolspool 29 and 17 models, both of which are ideally suited for light aircraft and helicopters.

THE CHOPPER SPOTTER

In 2007 Elite Helicopters purchased a ‘Chopper Spotter’ for use at Goodwood Aerodrome. We consider this to be the best purchase that we have made in many years. It is versatile, easy to use and compact so it does not take up valuable hangar space.

We use our Chopper Spotter to move Jet Ranger, Long Ranger, AS350 and Enstrom Helicopters with just a simple change of lifting shoes. With easy controls and smooth movement, manoeuvring really can be carried out as a ‘One Man’ operation.

PS30M & PS50M

The PS30M and PS50M are lightweight multi-function charger/micro power providers designed for a reliable and smooth supply of DC power wherever the demand may be. Perfect for Maintenance Workshops and Specialist Avionics Departments, or as an Engineers portable power source for fault finding, training or powering the DC equipment at events.

The units are designed so as to enable them to be ganged in parallel to a second power supply to double output or to operate in parallel with any Coolspool 17 or 19 as a continuous power source or charger.
