Helicopter Operators Guide – Download:
Elite Helicopters are pleased to confirm that the arrangements for Farnborough International Airshow 2010 (FIA2010) Heliport operations have now been established and that the Heliport will be operational for the full period of FIA2010 - 19th to 25th July with slightly reduced operating times applied only for Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th .

The Helicopter Operators Guide (HOG) for FIA2010 as below can be downloaded in PDF Format. The HOG contains full information on booking procedures and terms of use of the Heliport facility, including landing slot booking forms, landing fees, insurance requirements etc. etc.

Heliport Layout Diagram:
Also available as a PDF download is a Heliport Layout Diagram. This diagram shows the intended layout and markings for the 2010 Heliport. It is intended that the layout should be the same as it was for the 2008 Heliport operations.

Pilot Briefing:
It is no longer going to be a requirement for Helicopter Operators, Owners, and Pilots etc. to attend a Mandatory Briefing at Farnborough prior to the event.

The briefing has been made available as a download from Elite Helicopters website for persons/companies/pilots wishing to fly into FIA 2010 to download and Self Brief.
A system is in place that enables persons/companies/pilots to register for with an email address and password that will enable them access to the briefing, this in turn will provide us with confirmation of those individuals & companies who have received the briefing pack. It will remain the responsibility of each individual intending to operate into FIA2010 Heliport to ensure that they have Read & Understood the Briefing Pack. SSR Codes will not be issued until such time as the briefing has been downloaded using your login details and this has been recorded by our system.
